Favored By God Brand – Store Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All items purchased from Favored By God Brand are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than a verified defect caused by our company.

This policy applies to:

  • Holiday sales

  • Site-wide and product-specific flash sales

  • Items purchased with discount codes

  • Pre-order or custom items

  • Sale items

We will correct any errors made on behalf of the company.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective product or the wrong item, we sincerely apologize and will work to resolve the issue promptly.

To report an issue, email us at clothingfavored@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  1. Order number

  2. Full name and email used on the order

  3. Description of the issue

    • Item you should have received

    • Item you actually received

    • Details: style/design, color, size

  4. Clear photos of the item(s)

    • Showing the defect

    • Showing the incorrect item

    • Showing the product tag/size

Resolution

  • Incorrect Item Sent by Favored By God Brand:
    We will send the correct item at no additional cost.

  • Verified Defective Product:
    Your order may be eligible for a refund after review, and we will provide a 50% off discount code for your next purchase.

Favored By God Brand reserves the right to determine what qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Due to variations in screens and device settings, Favored By God Brand cannot guarantee exact color accuracy of any product.

Please note:

  • Colors such as “Navy,” “Navy Blue,” “Dark Navy,” etc., may differ across brands, fabrics, and production batches.

  • Fabric colors represented on computer or phone screens may vary due to individual display resolutions, lighting, and device settings.

DISCOUNT CODES

We are unable to modify or adjust prices after an order is placed. Once your order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be changed by you or our team.

Please ensure:

  • Your discount code is entered correctly at checkout

  • Only ONE discount code may be applied per order

  • This includes Free Shipping codes

Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to any past purchase.
